80801 They are also apparently adding a huge update with 4 more classes, and a complete overhaul to the graphics system + new areas before april. They are adding a Shaman class which uses totems, a Paladin class which charges energy by taking damage then uses it to power up his attacks, and a bard ...

Played some more of this. It's really quite enjoyable. Unlocked the Rune Mage class and it's really hard to cast spells. You have to draw the runes in the air, in 3d space, almost perfectly in order to get your spell ready. So half the time I was just sitting there drawing the symbol over and over a...

80710 I consider myself a nerd until I see something like this. If you care about Trek even a little bit I'm sure it was fun. Is it a touring thing or local to the cities? I believe it is local t the cities. Luckily they had subtitles up on the screen in the back otherwise I have a feeling not too ...

Slightly old but Girlfriend and I went to see a thing called "A Klingon Christmas Carol". It was a play in St Paul with a bunch of people dressed up as Klingons, acting out a star trek version of the classic "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. Even though I'm not a huge Trekk...

80588 I never allowed myself to get into RPG gaming, but I have looked into this. I just know I won't dedicate enough time to it so i would rather stick with shorter experiences Is the game officially out or still Beta/early access? Crckrjack looked into getting it but I don't think he did. Looks l...

80586 I had to use YT guides quite a bit on this game just because I was impatient. It gets a little old looking around for a floating cube and you want to get to something exciting. That is my only complaint though Another +1 to Kyle. He has VR for his 2nd week and already playing a game I recomme...

I started playing this one the other day as well. I really enjoy the movement system. It really makes you feel like you're flying through space! The only gripe i have thus far is finding certain objectives. It looks like you should be able to track them on your quest hud but sometimes you just cant?...

80559 Yeah I started up Lone Echo which is super fun! But also seems to be full locomotion. I've gotten pretty used to it after about 2 hours of gameplay but when i tried turning on the "Roll" or "Pitch" i almost puked lol Lone Echo actually does locomotion better than most game...

80557 I havent played more since the other night. We've been super busy lately with moving and some family emergencies. It's a seated game that uses gamepad for full locomotion. It will get you sick for sure, but try it just for 5 mins, then 10 later, etc. You will build up your VR legs over time. ...

The 1070 ti took too long so i canceled it and grabbed a 2070 from Microcenter. Got the whole PC set up, and played a little oculus last night. Beat saber naturally. Soooooooo good!

I also grabbed a 27" 4k monitor because why not!

80399 Kyle, you got a 1070 ti?! You'll have the nicest card on the forum. Get a slick deal one? Nah I got in on amazon it was 50 dollars off so only $430. Not too bad at all. Only problem is amazon said it was going to be 2 day prime shipping, but now after ordering it they say "Not yet shippe...
