Two window units. Living room set at 72-73. Bedroom set to 69 for sleeping purposes... It only gets turned on when we go to bed.

Heat is set to 67 or so during the winter.

62889 I have recently dropped my dairy intake by a lot. I used to drink 2 gallons of milk a week now I barely drink 1. I also try not to snack on as much cheese. I have felt a lot better this summer than in the past few years. Holy shit that's a lot of milk My GF usually goes through around 2 gallo...
