I've seen a few houses in the neighborhood have put theirs up and have them on already. I was planning on lining the roof again this year, but the weather has been shitty and now we're supposed to get more snow tonight.

Yeah it pulls the protiens and whatnot into clumps so it settles at the bottom better. I've never tried it before but I'm really happy with the results so far. Hopefully is carbonates well.

Bottling tonight. Final gravity is at about 1.010. I used gelatin for the first time for fining. Really happy with how clear it turned out. Hopefully it carbonates well.

I actually did the same a couple weeks ago. It can be super addicting. I've always have everything unlocked and unlimited money though, so I haven't actually played in any strategic way.
