Stay off RedditFacebookTwittersocialmedia! Also, who didn't see it coming, especially as a book reader?

Apparently, it's a big deal and no one saw it coming. My FB feed was blowing up about it last night.

My guess is that some writer had a fit with his dad and decided to kill off as many ungrateful fathers as he could.

Who was the other guy on the bridge?

Other than that the rest was fairly predictable, even as a non-book reader, especially Ramsey being a d-bag

I don't remember his name but it's Balon Greyjoy's brother who left the island and basically became a pirate.

And werd, Ramsey is real f'ed up in the head.

So I'm correct in assuming he's the Dread Pirate Roberts?

No one can be surprised by Jon coming back. I thought it would maybe take 3+ episodes, which this almost was. It would have been a bigger shock if her spell didn't work.

Werd to Danny, I was confused by the guy on the bridge.

Is Ramsey having a baby eaten by dogs the worst thing he's done?

I'm still holding on to the hope that Jon is VP of White Walkers.

Does anyone care about Bran at this point? I noticed the tree crow guy was recast. The tree girl thing was pretty silly I thought.

Euron "Crow's Eye" Greyjoy. He's sailed around the world and is a feared pirate. Also note that this was the first time that everyone knows it was Euron who killed Balon. It was alluded in the books that foul play was involved, but we've never known until now.

From my understanding this is the first time he is seen or really mentioned in the show, so no one feel bad for thinking "who dafug is this?".

Right. He's mentioned in all of the books and first makes an appearance in book 4, so it wasn't much of a surprise there. I think he was probably mentioned at least once before in the show, but I have no idea when. It was kind of abrupt. I don't even think they said his name, but you just know it was his brother.

On Snow's resurrection (in his pants)

"It took forever to resurrect him, forever!" Houten said. "It was such an important scene, we shot it from so many angles. I think I washed his body 50 times. There would be a lot of people who would be very jealous, including my mother and sister. I was joking about that with him – 'if only my mother could see this' – and he loved that." Harington seems to have enjoyed the experience a bit more, describing it as "very weird, like a teenage boy’s wet dream – you’re laying there naked and Carice van Houten is washing you."

I wonder what Kit has to say about last season when she got naked and mounted him...I think that happened, right?

On a serious note, who thinks he warged into Ghost and was hanging out until his body was fixed by her?

I don't think he warged into Ghost. I hope he didn't anyway, I think that would be dumb.

More dumb than magic bringing a dead man back?

Yes. Because if he's actually dead he shouldn't be able to warg. Now if he warged into Ghost before stabby time last season that would be fine because there is some precedent to that.

That's the theory I am operating under. He got stabbed and just before he died he warged to Ghost, he didn't do it once he was dead.
