Jetpacking in Westros

The showrunners have gone on record saying that the things shown in an episode are not all happening at the same time as an explanation of how characters move around so fast. That's an okay answer, but it doesn't work when the show has such a tight timeline on some of these things.

2 examples from this season.
Melisandre going from Winterfell to Dragonstone in a week. She was with Jon just before the Battle of the B's (or maybe even after?) and he kicked her out. It seems to be just after that and she is already in Dragonstone where she gives the info to Dany and she invites him down there.

Euron and his 1,000 ships. Theon and his sister stole "all of the best ships" but he somehow builds 1,000 ships, from an island that is famous for not having many natural resources, and these ships are somehow better than the ships they took. He had time to build 1,000 ships, sail to King's Landing, and then head back Dragon Stone to intercept his niece nephew. Sure, Dragonstone and King's Landing are close, but how did he have time to build those ships?!

Little Finger is the master of the jetpack. He goes from King's Landing to Winterfell in single episodes.

I choose to ignore most of it. the only thing that has kind of aggravated me was how Jon got the raven from dragonshore instantaneously.

How far can ravens fly in a day? Obviously this is a GoT forum
They landed on 500 miles a day.
Based on these numbers for distances

3-5 days for a Raven to go from Dragonstone to Winterfell

I'm having fun learning about the flight speed/distances of various birds.
