The Grand Tour (the new Top Gear Amazon show)

Postby Tyler » Wed Mar 25, 2015 7:17 am

Clarkson is sometimes a hot head and it sounds like he may have assaulted a producer. He has been suspended for the past 16 days and some stories says he has been fired but he tweeted he hasn't heard from BBC yet.

I had heard about this. I think it stemmed from some subtle racism which led to the altercation with a producer. I have to think if they lose him they lose the show.

After as long as this has been on they can't replace him and expect the same audience.

I've watched a few episodes of the Grand Tour the past couple weeks. I don't really care about cars but this show is a lot of fun.

I haven't seen much Top Gear so I can't really say. My old roommates watched both and like both.

This is Top Gear 2.0. I love it. Watched all the seasons of the original. This is just as fun to watch. Granted I think it is all staged and set up, but I dont care. Remember, I watch Kevin Can Wait too, so I have no credibility.

I saw Hammond was in some sort of accident and is now in the hospital. Doesn't appear to be life threatening

Jeremy Clarkson 'genuinely thought' Richard Hammond was dead in crash
'I genuinely thought he was dead': Jeremy Clarkson was told 'a body' had been pulled from the wreck of Richard Hammond's £2m supercar after it erupted into flames in 120mph Swiss mountain crash

-Jeremy Clarkson has described watching the 'inferno' engulf his friend's car
-He said: 'I thought he was dead. I can feel it now; the coldness. My knees turning to jelly'
-Hammond said he's getting a 'Swiss Army knee' in video apology to his family
-Star is being treated in hospital after flipping £2million electric supercar
-Former Top Gear presenter James May visited him in hospital hours after crash
-Shocking images show burnt-out wreckage of vehicle laying upside down

The TV presenter, 47, who sustained brain injuries after a 288mph rocket car accident in 2006, was airlifted to hospital after flipping a £2million electric supercar which then burst into flames as he filmed his new Amazon show The Grand Tour.

That pic doesn't look like something anyone would walk away from.
