"The Hoffman's have to use their amazing Polaris ATVs to traverse this impossible mud path"
Oh look, its Dave with a rock truck. Guess the road wasn't that bad.

That was a HUGE waste of time to shut down everything and change out the sluice boxes for 25 yards of test dirt. Even if it was good dirt, I feel like there would have been a better time to test it.

Parker wasn't even in this episode until the clean up at the very end.

I guess Todd is the only gold miner to have a family? He needs that personal time so badly.

Did Dave taste that mud?

That tusk was planted, right?

I want a back story of Tony's compound. That had tons of rooms. Sad Tony threw friendships away over this.

Watching now. I just saw the most staged scene in the show's history. Dave telling his guys to shut the plant down and they disagree but he says to do it anyway. Terrible acting and dialogue and they were squared to the camera rather than to each other so obviously set up. Thought it was funny.

I also noticed that. The younger guy wouldn't say that to Dave. Maybe they reenacted an earlier conversation? Nah....

werd.. i don't know why they keep calling it the Hoffman claim, when it is Dave's claim all the way.

maybe if todd wasn't gone they wouldn't have needed to shut down the wash plant down.

Todd being there wouldn't change a thing. He doesn't do any work either way

Idk, we watched the whole thing. It was at least a little bit interesting to me because I never watched the first season. But there really isn't anything new.

Why can't Dave just run the mammoth mud with normal dirt? Mix it up so its not pure mud

I'm not going to watch the Parker special. Based on the preview its just a collection of footage that I've already seen over all the seasons.

I hate Jack. "We didn't make 1,000 ounces. We made. 1,100"

I would have epoxy glued that oil pan right away. No duh to try that first
