Master of None

New Netflix show starring Aziz Ansari and several other comedians I've seen around, like Eric Wareheim (from Tim and Eric).

I've watched two episodes and I'm not sold on it yet. It has some really funny moments but the acting is so bad and the episode structure is weird. I'll keep watching and hopefully they get into a better rhythm.

Yeah, the Asian friend Brian is a pretty bad actor too.

Brian is a cowriter and cocreator with Aziz.

Just watched Nashville. Weakest episode so far

Of course this was the highest rated episode on IMDB...

I understand about his parents but nobody else seems to be trying to act either. It seems more like reciting a comedy bit than real life. Again, I think some parts are very funny, I just want more.

Just watched "Hot Ticket". Found it more consistently funny. Starting to get more into it.

Finished tonight. I liked the show. Not all of it is laugh out loud funny, most of it isn't actually. Just "real" people living "real" lives.

I actually really liked when his dad was on, not so much his mom.

Loved Nashville. Sort of reminds me of a Mindy Project type show? Not because he's Indian either lol

I watched up until Nashville last night. Will finish season in the next few days
