The theme song was the feature song a recent episode of the Song Exploder podcast. A podcast where they breakdown a song and explore how it was made.

I started watching the first episode of this. It has some funny moments. I may continue.

You couldn't commit to the full 25 minute episode? Have to break in into pieces?

Haha, yep. Also, Erin came over and said I couldn't watch it anymore, so I had to turn it off.

The show isn't laugh-out-loud funny nor is non-stop hilarity. It has a lot of little things that keep it interesting and continuity. It definitely grows on you.

The second to last episode was very dark. His drug and alcohol bender was incredibly sad. Goes through everyone hes hurt. And nobody cares. The only person who does understand him ends up dead.

Last episode dark as hell, but nothing compared to the last

The last 4 of the season were all pretty dark. Who was the horse that tried calling Bojack? Does he have a daughter?

I watched this series over the course of a couple weeks sometime after the second season was released. I haven't yet started watching the third. It's got a good mix of pathos, moments of heart, clever but fairly straight-forward jokes, subversions of common jokes/tropes and just outright weirdness and experimental bits. It's usually not laugh out loud funny but it's definitely clever, amusing, and strangely compelling... for me anyway.

I'm exactly the same way Artukka, and I think I've said it in this thread. The show isn't always laugh out loud funny, but the cleverness and emotion is what hooks me.

Watched 402. I feel like season 3 finale was a huge lie. He didn't join the wild stallions like that episode showed us.
