Reddit seems to bring up this (sexual?) relationship a few times a year.

The War with Grandpa from last year.
DeNiro. Cheech. Christopher Walkin. Uma Thurman.

Pretty cute movie to watch with a family. My parents were eating it up. Evie saw it twice this week. Wanted to rewatch with her grandpa

Yesterday we hit the shuffle button on Evie's Plex and said we would watch the first movie that got 2 out of 3 thumbs up from us. After about 6 tries we landed on Disney's The Kid which got votes from the parents.

I thought it held up pretty well for being 22 years old. EWWW. How?!
The story is pretty mean to the kid though, with Bruce Willis constantly calling him a loser and fat.

Evie was into it for the most part, but the time travel stuff was pretty hard for her to understand.

Question: Why don't they make family movies like this anymore? There were so many for us growing up, but I feel like there isn't a market for them anymore. Yes Day on Netflix is the closet thing I can think of. War with Grandpa too I guess.

There is a new Home Alone on Disney Plus. It is somewhat cannon to the Kevin CU, whereas the other straight to DVD ones are not.

It was fine. RT hates this movie - in the teens for audience and critics. The physical humor was good, but the plot behind the burglary was really dumb.

Stars the friend from Jojo Rabbit.
