Couldn't find a thread for this movie. Sequel to Homecoming.

Jake Gyllenhaal officially confirms Mysterio role in Spider-Man: Far From Home

We must have been using the Homecoming thread for Far From Home news.

Excited to see Jake in this. I think this movie comes out next year already. After Avengers 4 obviously.

Oh that's right, I suppose that's the more obvious gripe.

The new Spider-Man Far From Home release date has been set for Tuesday, July 2, a few days before the previous weekend release that would have started on Friday, July 5. That’s a smart move since many people will have extra days off work for Independence Day in the United States, so that means more time to rake in that box office cash.

Bold to have major End Game spoilers in there, but I guess 90% of people who will see End Game have seen it.

Still annoyed how all of Peter's classmates were also snapped.

Sony (Disney) held onto the reviews pretty late. Out now and 92% on RT

Reminder the movie is also out tonight.

I'm only excited for this because of the Spiderman game. Maybe I'll just download the free skin and treat it like I watched it.

I really enjoyed this movie for the visuals during some of the bigger battles. The story was done well for a generic marvel movie and they did some nice teen angsty things. I'd say better than homecoming for me at this point

Day off today and daycare was still open, so obviously we ditched the kid and went to this movie. I enjoyed it. Some of it was annoying me a bit with the
► Show Spoiler
. They came very close (for me) to overusing it as a "got ya" device for the audience, but then ended up not really overdoing it.

You're right that they pushed that line right up to the edge

Not reading anything in this thread, but have a question. I've heard from multiple people that even though the movie is PG-13. It would be appropriate for Evie to go to. True?

Ehhh I wouldn't if she's prone to nightmares. Some of the scenes are pretty intense.
