My LG Tone+ bluetooth earbuds. Listen to podcasts on these all day, every day at work. No cords and can play/pause/change podcasts/etc. by using the buttons on the earbuds instead of unlocking phone.

I have ran in these and they bounce a little but are fine if you tuck it under your shirt. They aren't good for things where you are laying down like lifting or situps and such obviously since the neck part would fall off.

I can't really speak to the call quality as I haven't used it for that at all really.
