Portable battery pack

Postby Tyler » Sat Apr 04, 2015 9:25 am

I have no need for this, but bought it.

http://slickdeals.net/f/7774821-kmashi- ... -9-69-fsss

Also got the $7 carrying case to store cables in. Will throw this all into Jocelyn's purse if we ever do anything out and about for an entire day.

My Note 4 is 3220 mAh so this could charge my phone and Jocelyn's entirely on one charge, or even the 4800 mAh tablet twice.

I have a smaller one that I use rarely but I'd like one that has QuickCharge 2.0 to charge my phone super fast. I found one for $25 once but it isn't worth that much to me.

Same with the Note 4. I can go 2 full days and not worry, but who knows, this might come in handy for something

Yeah I have a couple 2900mah packs I've gotten working at Verizon, they have come in handy in the past but now just collect dust.

I mostly use mine when im sitting in a chair and dont have a cord long enough, and I put it in my car if I go to the gym or something. Phone dies pretty quick (s4).

Get a Quick Charge 2.0 one if your phone is compatible. So so much faster:

HTC Desire EYE
HTC One M8
HTC One Remix (Verizon Mini 2)
Moto X 2014
Motorola Droid Turbo
Nexus 6
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet
Sony Xperia Z3
Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact

I Amazon searched quick charge 2.0. Is there a better brand? Seems as all brands have that quick charge 2.0?

There are a few brands making them but it is a standard technology so any of them should be as good as the others as long as it says Quick Charge 2.0.

This is the one that I have that I can recommend: http://www.amazon.com/Powermod-Charge-C ... charge+2.0

10% in about 15 minutes. But her phone has no quick charge so this is good.

These things come in handy for camping trips. Using it to charge your phone while sitting in your living room? Get a USB extension cable instead.
