I suppose if you are going to copy a design, you copy the design that sells best?

This be true.

Also, I really hope Wyze consumers are actually referred to as 'Wyze Guys' :D

I'm not overly excited about a Wyze smart watch or any smart watch until I start leaving the house again. I assume Wyze won't be android based so even less interest.

My samsung has been fucky lately. Not sure if it's the watch or my phone but it won't connect over bluetooth for notifications. Only works on wifi

That's a pretty big deal breaker. Have you tried factory resetting the watch? I assume BT on phone can connect to other things?

I've had bluetooth issues with every pixel phone I've owned.

My new one comes in a few days so I'll have to reset the watch to pair it then

You are telling me. Took me about 5 tries to get my fossil sport paired to my pixel 5. The new gen 5 only took one try though

All you "Wyze Guys" getting excited over this?

It's real and $20
https://wyze.com/wyze-watch.html

1.75" (47mm) or 1.4" (44mm) Display
300mAh (47mm) or 260mAh (44mm) Battery
Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen Monitoring
IP68 Weatherproof Rating
Fitness Tracking

Video claims 9 days of battery. I wish it shipped before Christmas, would have ordered for parents

They must be selling a lot of personal data to have a $20 price point

I'm ready to throw my fossil gen 3? ut the window. Paired it to my new phone and it's so slow and unresponsive that I can't change anything on it. Hopefully it's downloading an update in tbe background or something

Not that anyone cares, but it finally started working well again. I just had to leave it alone for 30 minutes and let it do it's new pairing thing. Then I disabled everything basically other than notifications

I care! Glad it's working for you again. Not that anyone cares - now that I have a Fossil Sport AND a Fossil Gen 5, the Sport is now my dedicated fitness tracking watch. So, I only wear it when working out. Since I don't wear it all day the really poor battery life no longer affects me.

If you are looking for a good replacement band for working out, I can recommend this (got it from my parents for christmas): https://groovelife.com/products/solid-b ... -band-22mm

I'm still looking the Samsung far better than any wear os watch. Battery is incredible and notifications work better.
