New to Des Moines, Minneapolis has two.

It is basically Subway for pizza. You pick your dough and they move your pizza down an assembly line where you choose the sauce, cheeses, toppings. If you choose a custom pizza then it was $8 regardless of the amount of toppings. Jocelyn and I created a half/half pizza and it filled us up. I think it is only $5 for a single topping. The pizzas only take like 2 minutes to bake in their oven so everything moves pretty fast.

And we did because of your suggestion!

Worth noting that Tim could throw a rock from his apartment and hit this place. Literally across the street. Lucky guy!

There was something like this when I was in Portland. I don't remember the name but they had gluten-free crusts.

I haven't been to Blaze Pizza yet but we also have Pizza Rev which is exactly the same thing. It's nice because you can get as many toppings as you want and it doesn't cost anymore. Plus, on Tuesdays, they're only $5.

Blaze opened just across the street from the Pizza Rev near my old apt. Never went to Blaze because they never gave me free pizza coupons in the mail like Pizza Rev did.

Sounds like it. PizzaRev just has one price though, no matter how many topping you put on.

Ankeny got a Pie Five recently. It sounds like the same thing. We went and used a free coupon in the mail. It wasn't bad.

Nice. Speaking of this, I still haven't tried Blaze Pizza but the Pizza Rev that we've gone to a few times closed and is now a Buffalo Wild Wings Express.

Yeah, we liked Pizza Rev but hadn't really gone for a while since Erin doesn't live in that area anymore.
Not sure if there are a lot of BWW Express places or if it's new. It basically seems like just a smaller BWW (not a separate bar area, not a bunch of TV's, less seating). I think I heard it's a bit more limited menu, so mostly built for to-go wing orders I would guess.
