Jocelyn is doing a thing at Indianola Hy-Vee tomorrow where she picks a recipe from their database and makes 10 freezer meals of it while in their kitchen. There are another 9 people in the group and they all leave with 10 meals.
Cost varies a little. Will be interesting to see what it is.

That sounds like a neat concept! I'm glad I had some freezer meals prepped pre-baby. I loved freezing individual portions so i could easily eat when I was hungry. These are my 2 favorites- https://pinchofyum.com/spicy-chipotle-t ... make-ahead

I dont want Erin to feel left out in my wife call out. We actually still use recipes from the CPT cookbook so thanks Erin.

Speaking of recipes, we've been baking out of boredom sometimes during this stay at home phase. I followed a chocolate chip cookie recipe from the youtuber Binging With Babish (I really like his videos) and they turned out super good. Stayed chewy in the middle and never hardened. The only thing I would change next time is using a bit less salt than he recommends. I also chose to chop up a chocolate bar for the chocolate instead of just using chocolate chips (I also used chocolate chips). They were super good and I'll for sure use this recipe again.

I've done this one too Chris they are wonderful. The brown butter makes a big difference. I did use less salt alsowags83 wrote:Speaking of recipes, we've been baking out of boredom sometimes during this stay at home phase.
