Shut up!

I am talking Domonontono and HussBuss's advice and starting with body weight stuff. Pushups, situps, and a pullup bar if I can get one hung. If I can stick to this for a few months I'll order weights. I did like 20 pushups last night so I am basically He-man.

Send me those too. Or post them here. I don't have a place for a pull-up bar at home.

Until you can do 10 one-legged pistol squats per leg I am impressed. Lol

Going to fabricate some kind of pullup bar in the garage today (or tomorrow) and I ordered this bench since it went down to $40. Will be nice to use it for sit ups

$45 of parts and a lot of work to hang it. The garage will fall down before this comes down.

I'd still be out there for another hour if it wasn't for the impact driver.

LOL. Thanks for even thinking I could do that. Maybe in a year. It's a 2 foot vertical drop, not sure if that would have enough room. I could always swap out for longer pipes if I ever got strong enough for that.

Am I coming to your place to hang one in your garage?

WORKOUTS:
- 50 squats, 1 min of mountain climbers, 50 walking lunges 3-4 sets AFAP(as fast as possible)
- Sparatacus (http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/spartacus/slide/11): squat, mountain climber, glute bridge,t pushup, split jump lunges, pushup hold (so go down into push up hold the down position focusing on back keeping tight), side to side lung, pushups, walking lunges, pike pushup. do each exercise for 1 min for AMRAP (as many reps as possible) rest 15 sec. continue to next. do 2-4 rounds. can also do set amount of reps per exercise for AFAP. This is hard workout for beginners so build into and do as much as you can. First i did this i only did 2 rounds. I modify exercises so it hits same areas but no need for weights.
- pull-ups max reps, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, 20 lunges do 5 sets
- 500 reps: can do reps and sets different like 3 sets of 30 & 1 set of 35 or 5 sets of 25 reps of each squats, dive bomber pushup and reverse back, bicycle kicks, burpee

EXERCISES: can design your own workout
http://www.mensfitness.com/training/bui ... rcises-men
http://www.mensfitness.com/training/bui ... -strongest

I would suggest to record results so you can see the progress. Also try to get 8 hours of sleep if you are working out 5-6 days a week.

Thanks Kyle. Trying to get a schedule built out around the stuff you posted. How does this look? The document is unlocked so post any variations below.
Also took some ideas from this chart

Got this last week for $30. I've only been using it for sit-ups so far. I like that I can bend way back while doing them. My abs are on fire afterwards. Also goes flat and inclined.
