Most people have some level of IBS. I notice that soy (mainly soy protein isolate) and lots of fructose (I could devour dried fruit) do not agree with me. FODMAPS stands for some of the things that may give us tummy trouble. Maybe this will help narrow it down? http://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food-list/

I can drink a big glass of Evie's whole milk, no problem. I eat a bowl of icecream, my body is destroyed.

I love hummus so it was probably good.

Sorry for being so late on this. I have been having stomach issues for a while now. I think 90% of it can be attributed to my job change. It has been exciting, but kind of high stress for me. I tend to hold all my stress in my stomach, so that hadn't been great. However, I also inherited an incredibly sensitive stomach from my dad. I have found that the older I get, the more I have to watch what I eat. I typically try to eat fairly healthy, actually, but I'm a bit of a carb queen. :) I have tried to limit my gluten intake, stop eating massive amounts of lettuce (a big trigger for my dad), and have switched from coffee to tea. It has seemed to help a bit.

A really yummy lunch I have been having lately has been two slices of turkey with hummus spread on top. I load it up with matchstick cuts of cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper, then roll it up. It is bomb. I also made a delicious spinach quinoa salad during the school year that I loved. Red pepper quinoa, spinach, kidney beans, sun dried tomatoes, almonds, and a honey mustard type of dressing that I made. Yummm.

I'm going to be switching to a plantish based diet.. A whole plant based diet is no meat, dairy, eggs, and processed foods. So i will first really reduce meat intake, and see how it goes. This is from watching these two documentaries www.forksoverknives.com and http://www.whatthehealthfilm.com. They both had some interesting studies and points.

I have recently dropped my dairy intake by a lot. I used to drink 2 gallons of milk a week now I barely drink 1. I also try not to snack on as much cheese. I have felt a lot better this summer than in the past few years.

I ordered late night boneless wings last night and felt really awful this morning. So that shows my healthy diet.

Partly drunk wings, partly I didn't have dinner wings. They were from Pizza Hut. Got a hot bbq and the spicy buffalo.

My GF usually goes through around 2 gallons of milk a week. She's the only one that uses/drinks it too. Very seldom We'll use it for cooking purposes.
