What restaurant promo apps do you have on your phone?
Qdoba. Use to have Chickfila, but I always forgot to use it at the drive through

The only one I can think of is LoyalTree which is what Yogurt Lab uses (or at least used to). We used to go a lot when Erin lived close to Yogurt Lab but we don't go nearly as often and I don't think I even have the app on my current phone.

Does Target Cartwheel or the Hy-vee count?
I never got out to eat so having apps take up space doesn't make sense.

Towels.
How often do you wash them? How often do you throw them out entirely and get new?

Question of the Day

I think we usually change them out once a week when we do other laundry. As far as throwing them out....I still have the towels I used in college, but they are mostly for things like drying the dog after a bath or cleaning up large spills.

You only do laundry once a week?!

Jocelyn's towels get swapped out every 3 days? Mine is maybe 5.

We are using ~8 towels we bought ourselves after our wedding 5+ years ago. I think this Christmas they need replaced.

Follow-up question. Does anyone use laundry softener? I just use the cheapest biggest jug of laundry sauce that I can find.

I wash them every time usually, kids use them twice. I hate damp towels. We like never throw them out. After they turn to rags we just ....turn them into rags.

Everytime?! Mr fancy pants and his dry towels.

"throwing out" isn't what I meant. More meant when you repurpose them into something other than shower towels.

Not often still. I have some old ass towels, but I buy more and then we favor them obviously, so the old ones just sit there really. Probably every year at least we buy a few more.

I don't do laundry at all. Erin does laundry at least once a week. Sometimes more if needed I guess.

I think the only ones we use as shower towels currently are the ones we got from our wedding so only a little over 2 years old.

ITT: Wilkins is a tower elitist. His body can't be touched by moist things and a towel has a usage lifespan of 12 months

I am very elite about my towers. I require them to be very tall, but not moist.

Slow news day, so thought I would ask a question

Name a product or service you love so much that you'd happily be that company's spokesperson.

When they are on sale for $20-25, Best Buy's house brand of Google Home

Trying to think of a service I would be a spokesperson for, nothing is coming to mind.

Towels: I use a towel 2-3 times before washing. This is to counter act Maria who uses two towels every time she showers. I don't use fabric softener on towels. I keep using towels for far too long. Should get some new ones when I see them on sale.

Brand Spokesperson: I don't know. Maybe some gluten-free food I really like. Canyon Bakehouse bread maybe?
