Question of the Day
I double space out of habit after being taught in school.
Question of the Day
Double spaces aren't necessary on computers. This was carry-over from the type-writer days

Question of the Day
Tyler wrote:Source of the post What is your earliest memory?
I remember sitting on a beanbag at my grandma's house watching Eureka's Castle. I had like 30 of my favorite toys with me, because I had just learned what death was and if I was going to die, i was taking all my cool shit with. (It was a happy memory even if it doesn't sound like it)
Question of the Day
I somewhat remember sitting up on the hospital bed with my mom, eating off a tray, when she was in the hospital just before having my sister. I would have only been just over 2 years old and I don't think I remember anything else about that time or time around it.

That's early! And terrifying that Evie's first memory might be this from yesterdaywags83 wrote:I somewhat remember sitting up on the hospital bed with my mom, eating off a tray, when she was in the hospital just before having my sister. Question of the Day
LOLZ! I'm glad you took the time to take a picture of that.
I have a hard time though deciding if I really remember that or if I somehow saw a picture of it when I was really little and think I remember it because that's the only memory I have of being that young.

Re: Question of the Day
She was just being dramatic. She went back there to dust and thought she was stuck. "Im stuck. I'm stuck. I'm STUCK". Last night Jocelyn thought she was just talking in her crib, but after turning up the volume and looking at the video she realized her foot was stuck in the crib and she was calmly saying "help dad. I'm stuck."
About memories, I agree. I've seen home videos of things and those somehow become memories that I know I shouldn't have.

God damn that's the show I've been trying to remember from my childhood for years.cwilkins88 wrote:Tyler wrote:Source of the post What is your earliest memory?

Question of the Day
Now I have the Eureka's Castle theme song stuck in my head.

Question of the Day
It was such a fun show as a kid. I remember one day I had school, and I thought I was such a badass because I stuck a tape into the VCR and duh, obviously, it was just going to know to record it
I got home and was super sad.

Question of the Day
What is your morning routine? Do you hit snooze a few times, watch the morning news while eating a bowl of cereal? Does Wagner still set his alarm for 2 hours before he needs to get up, shower/change, and then go back to bed for 90 minutes?
I want to spend as little time as I can at home/getting ready. I get to work pretty early so I don't want to get up any earlier than I have to.
-never ever hit snooze
-shower
-change
-let Roscoe out
-grab lunch
-out the door
I work 25 minutes away and I can make it there 45 minutes after I get up. So everything above takes less than 20 minutes.

Question of the Day
I usually set my alarm for as late as possible that will still allow time to get ready for work and leave. I usually just grab a granola bar or piece of fruit to eat on the way to work. If Erin works earlier than me, I usually cuddle with the puppy for a little bit after she gets up and before I do.

Question of the Day
-get dressed and pop in ear buds to listen to podcasts
-pills/check blood sugar
-pack lunch
-eat breakfast usually a bowl of cereal, yogurt, and a glass of water
-load up pockets - wallet, chapstick, hair-tie
-hygiene (brush teeth, comb hair, deodorant)
Usually get ready and to work within an hour. so 30-40 minutes at home and 25-30 minute drive. Can usually knock out an hour podcast or make a good chunk into a two hour podcast.

Re: Question of the Day
Packing lunches in the morning is the worst. I need to get better about doing it the night before. Sometimes I can quick pack something while Roscoe is finishing outside.
Question of the Day
I could save on gas and mileage if I packed a lunch every day, but I like to go home for lunch since I'm close enough.

I pack 75% the night before, but I won't make a sandwich the night before.
