While you're improving your coffee drinking you should replace that cheap drip coffee pot with a better one.

Maybe I'll start drinking coffee again. I haven't been for the last few weeks working at home, but the last couple days I've just felt super tired in the afternoon. I'll have to tell Erin to make extra.

Even if you buy a grinder and a better machine you'll still save money. K cups are absurdly expensive and terrible for the environment. And you'll be drinking way better tasting coffee too! Everyone wins! Except Keurig haha

I have heard good things about both the Oxo and Baratza Encore. I have the Capresso Infinity.

When vacuuming out your car, what is the smaller currency you stop for and put in hour pocket vs sucking up? I'm not stopping for anything under a quarter.

Depends if I'm using my vacuum or one at a car wash. My small shop vac I'd probably pick up any change. My bigger one is let pennies roll. Industrial, I'm not paying attention to a damn thing that goes in just speed vaccing

Warren Buffet would be ashamed. I stop for all coinage.

How often are you filling a 13 gallon trash can because of everyone being home during COVID time? We are at like one bag a day

same as usual. Empty the kitchen trash can twice a week and rest of the trash cans around the house once a week.

Before all this - once a week pretty consistently. After all this - about twice a week. We are running the dishwasher more than three times as often per week though.

I haven't noticed too much difference in garbage, but yeah the dish washer runs way more often now.

Oh for sure. Runs daily for us with a family of 4 and a 4-year-old that uses 5 cups a day.

Your kid is still at daycare though. Our trash is filling up faster because I empty his bedroom diapers into the kitchen trash bag at the end of the day and then take it outside.

That's true. 3 more diapers per day would fill the bucket up much more quickly.
