Do you have labels on for open apps or just the icon? I have it set to hide labels when the taskbar gets full (which is never on my 1440p monitors)

We should get married.

I dont think I have ever filled up the task bar to find out, but mine are titles not just icons. Currently I have 3 word documents open, that would be confusing if it didn't have titles.

Werd. Would drive me nuts having to do it that way.

I used to just twist and fold, but since getting married I've been conditioned to keep the clip/twist tie.

That's even more steps!! Growing up I remember having tons of twist ties around the house. Do they still even make them? No way does my twist and fold let in any more air than a twit tie.

You'd have to believe that as a folder haha.

I put whatever factory provided closing mechanism back in place; twist tie or clip. Vil is a twist and folder. We coexist.

I won't use the end piece for a sandwich but will for toast.

I will always eat the end piece. Generally for toast unless is has enough surface area to be used as a standard sandwich.

Question of the Day

Postby Tyler » Mon Mar 15, 2021 2:01 pm

I'll never eat a butt of bread. I am too high class. It's more a mental thing than taste I am sure.

Kids eat it and they don't know any better.

I worked with someone who would make sandwiches with it, but would make sure the butt side was down so that way he tricked himself into thinking it was just normal bread.

I always eat the end piece since my wife won't so I know that if I don't it will just sit there until the rest of the pieces are gone and that bothers me enough to just eat it. I typically care more about what's either on the bread or between the bread than the bread itself.

I always keep the end piece in the loaf because it serves as barrier to keep the other bread fresh.
And shut up. Dont you dare say "if you used zip ties you wouldnt have to worry about that".

I do usually throw the butt pieces out for the squirrels or birds, so it doesn't get wasted.

We use the end piece, though I feel like it normally just goes to the toddler since he doesn't know any better.

When do you feel the most like your over reacting parents?
-Evie running around the house with a sucker in her mouth. Freaks me out.
-no jumping on the couch. Don't jump over the back! You're going to stretch the fabric on the back
-all kids drinks must have lids on the carpet, unless water. We have too many Gatorade stains
