Hmm. The S5 only works with the Mi Home app. I don't see the Name option. All I see is "Merge" and "Divide." Not fair!

My S4 is the same way even in the Roborock app so must just be a device limitation.

That sucks Brad! When mine works it's amazing and cleans so we'll, but seems like 40% of the time it doesn't get to the dock right and dies or gets confused in the house and gets stuck.

I"ve been running my vac suction on high this week because the noise doesn't bother me when I am in the basement. Loving the results. The bin is even more full.

Nope easily the worst experience I've had. So far I've had to send diagnostic logs, video evidence, and not I'm on week 2 of radio silence.
