When playing power grid of you want a quick game use the easy coast, longer more competitive games should use the west coast

Played Werewolves of Miller Hollow last night.
http://www.amazon.com/Asmodee-849418-We ... B0009Z3M8S
8-18 player game. We played with 10. Can play with 30+ if you get the expansion.

It's a like the The Resistance where there are roles assigned and no one knows what the others are. Lots of lying and backstabbing. Was a lot of fun and pretty easy to pick up. Game plays best with a moderator, someone who doesn't get a role but makes sure the game runs smoothly. There are different steps that need to be done in a particular order each round

I was planning on doing it but likely someone else had played before so I made him. I took over after a couple rounds and had fun playing and moderating.

We did play it once before I really read the rules. It was fun but it became a bit of a cluster fuck. We played it similar to the way we play munchkin which made it super confusing.

Need to plan a weekend to meet with Richmond to play that Marvel game or else I'll have to buy it to play. I'm jealous of Danny's weekly D&D shindig

It's a blast. We have room for one more person. even have a generic character so another person can play a one off game every once in awhile

If I lived closer I would join in. I know a guy that lives pretty close that might be into the other game. I just have to compose myself and ask.

I bought Love Letter http://www.amazon.com/Alderac-Entertain ... B00AGJ4HC2
almost a year ago.

And the Batman version http://www.amazon.com/Love-Letter-Batma ... ove+letter

Finally got around to playing them today with Awright. The instructions always confused me so I never really gave the game a chance, but after about 2 minutes Alex and I got it done. It's a 2-4 player game with short rounds. The Batman version is pretty much exactly the same but the card art is different and it's a different "story". We just played the original but could see how a Batman themed one might make it even more fun. Worth the cheap price.

There is also a Hobbit version http://www.amazon.com/Love-Letter-Hobbi ... y_21_img_y

I vote DC or Firefighter. King of NY sounds fun, but probably still too much like Tokyo. Get something brand new.

Room 25 got intense tonight! Need to consistently play group games more often, they are a lot of fun!
