We assure you that Domino’s takes the security of your Pizza Profile account seriously.

Over the weekend someone from NY ordered a Domino's pizza for pickup using my account and the free pizza credit I've been saving up. The order was placed by "Kurt Doofus". I immediately changed my password and emailed Domino's about it. I know it wasn't anything they did wrong, but I was hoping they could help me out.

From what you’ve described, it seems someone else is using your email address and password to access and use your account. This is not a Dominos.com system issue but rather a global internet problem that can happen when the same login information is used on more than one website.
.....
We will also return Piece of the Pie Rewards points to your account that were used for the order, which we’ve confirmed wasn’t placed by you.

Good on them for giving my points back, they didn't have to do that.

Werd. I have LastPass so no excuse not to have a complicated password, but my generic password is still pretty tough.

I obviously googled "Kurt Doofus domoni's" after it happened hoping there was a string of victims or something exciting like that.

ih8u. I thought seeing the words "security seriously" and "Pizza profile" in a single sentence was funny.

Sunday morning I noticed an order confirmation email from the night before. Store listed was for NY. Logged into my account and checked order history to see my points were used for a pizza.

Now someone tried ordering 3 Macbooks from a Texas Walmart on my account. Walmart cancelled them before I could. I also changed that password. What is going on?!

I have her name and the location, but no phone number. I tried finding her on FB but too many of her since last name is Smith
