This is interesting. I hate recommending a specific pillow to anyone because everyone is so different. I like that this has a piece that would help with rounded shoulders. If you're a back sleeper, I would tell people to check this out. If you're a side sleeper it's no different than other pillows out there. And if you're a stomach sleeper, stop doing that.

I shouldnt be sleeping on my stomach?! I do that and put my arms under the pillow to maximize the spine tension.
