Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of CPT!

I'm off for 11 days in a row so that will be nice. We will be in Sheldon next week Friday to Sunday.

Welcome back to work. What was the best gift everyone gave and received?

We got the oldest a hoverboard, 3 years late to the party I know, but that thing is fun.

3 year old wanted some very specific things from Santa that were fun to give. Purple ninja turtle costume and a big Trex. One of the mall Santa's laughed at her when she asked for that!

Jocelyn has Hallmark Barbie ornaments that her mom started giving her when she was little. I replaced a couple of the broken ones and get some missing years from when her mom stopped doing it. They were easy to find on eBay and luckily don't hold their value at all. It's a yearly tradition though to unbox them all and rank them by the girls in the house.

Biggest gifts for the parents were a Nest (inlaws) and Google Lenovo Smart Display for mine.

Erin's parents got us a family zoo pass for the year, so we brought JJ down there today and walked through the indoor exhibits.

They're not bad. I think we were there a total of just under two hours. That's the rainforest area, the "Minnesota Trail", and some aquarium things. Also the snow monkeys, which are outside but you can see from inside.
