Kombucha

Never had it. Saw it in Shark Tank. Saw ejhartman talk about it. Got some.

Takes kind of like apple vinegar. It's not bad, but not great. I'll probably finish it.

My favorite is the GT's brand. Specifically the "Synergy" series. The trilogy flavor is really good. You gotta watch for the ones that have added sugar though. The ingredients should just be tea, kombucha cultures, and fruit juices.

Sarah drinks Booch. I'm not a fan of it.

Have we never talked about this before? Erin loves kombucha and used to brew her own. Had a big, jellyfish-looking bacteria blob in the fridge for a long time because that's how you brew it. I think the stuff is disgusting.

I believe the technical term for this is "Scoby". A colleague of mine is currently in the process of brewing a batch.

Yeah, that's the word. It ended up growing/splitting a few times so she was able to give her friends a scoby for them to start brewing their own too. Yuck.

Shark Tank had a home brewing kit on this season. That was my first real exposure to all of this. Looks disgusting for sure.
