my computer has been giving me a lot of grief and finally died tonight, looks like i am in the market for a new one now. does anybody have any suggestions???? all i need is the tower all my other componets are new or dont need replacing.

Build your own? I have a brand new $220 processor I'd sell to you for $150.

You going to be doing any gaming and what's your price range? I'll look around.

dont really want to build one cause i wouldnt even know what i need and as far as budget i dont know what to spend, last time i bought a cheap one. it is my main computer at home since i hate using the laptops!!

bought one from best buy and took it back the next day cause i hated windows 8 so i ordered this at walmart, its almost identical to the last one that i had.

Restoring the Start menu is more trouble than it is worth as the one I tried (that was suggested in this tutorial) was pretty buggy and froze often. People just need to get used to it because it isn't going anywhere. You'll have to spend some time getting used to it sooner or later.

Uh oh. I hope it's not that buggy. I agree I could probably get used to it, but my aunt has very limited computer skills and would be confused why her laptop worked differently than her desktop.
