That was great. I'll be buying some grabber tools.

This was recommended for me as well.

NCAA announced there will be no fans at tournament games. That will be wild.

That will be so weird. I wonder if the stadiums have insurance for this kind of thing. Has to be a huge loss for them.

NBA is suspending their season.
I read Tom Hanks and his wife have it. I can't confirm that though.

NBA player tested positive today that's why the suspension. I'm sure all players will be tested over the next month.

Twitter is forcing its 4,900 employees to work from home
From Reddit:
And Google, Microsoft, Adobe and about every other tech company in the SFBA. SF is a ghost town the last couple days.

At some point when this is over we're all going to question why we've been coming in to work before this.
Or at least we would if productivity doesn't tank over the next month.
Guys, if we play this right we could accelerate office work culture be a decade overnight.

We are literally running out of work because people are more productive at home. I just wish there were perks.

My work has instructed us to bring laptops home nightly (which I always do), but I haven't heard of anyone WFH specifically because of COVID-19 fears. Some people on CPT are, but no one in my work that I am aware of.

Erin's office is almost all working from home now other than the customer service phone people. Also, she still needs to go in.

I'm currently unemployed at home instead of at the bar. So I'm doing my part.

Crazy how fast every sporting event and league has fallen over last 24 hours

And all of this seems to lead to more cancellations. I know of two people in Minneapolis that were encouraged to WFH effective immediately for the next month.

Hearing a lot about stores being out of stock of all canned goods and rice, but then other grocery stores in the same town being fine. Crazy times we are in. Hopefully it settles down over the next week as we all just accept this thing is going to take months/year to get through so no point in stocking up on so much food now. You can't stay inside forever.
