Website showed them for Altoona and Merle Hay. Went to Merle hay. Sandwich posters up. It's even on the drive through menu.
But nope. Not being sold yet.

I tried again a few weeks ago because all of the stores in town have them on their menus. I was told mid-February

I tried it! It was the worst conditions you can eat a sandwich in. In the car. At night. Driving through a blizzard. It was some white knuckle driving but I managed to eat half a sandwich in the dark.

My initial thought is that it was really good, but Chikfila is better. The Popeye's sandwich was just a little too chewy, maybe overcooked? I would like to try it again when I can actually see the sandwich though. The sauce on the sandwich was very tasty
