I'm kind of tempted to get this. I probably wouldn't use it too much though.

Killing Floor 2 would be a fun game to play on the couch with a controller. Only issue would be figuring out a way to do our group chat still on Hangouts.

$15 for Steam Link!! I'm sure a 4K version is right around the corner, but this is a no brainer

I was going to get a 2nd Steam Link but while I was looking I learned they sold out end of November and they are gone for good. They were as low as $2.50 during that time too.

Looks like Valve released the software to run on Raspberry Pi though or you can also add Steam Link to Retro Pi. That may be the way to go. It is STRONGLY recommended to use ethernet tho when using the Pi.

Such a capable little box, sad they discontinued it.

My setup tonight.

Gaming PC>plug into Orbi hub> wireless connection > switch > Orbi router > steamlink > audio receiver > splitter > 2 tvs

No lag. No drops. Mostly no stuttering. The only time we had a.problrm was when we switched from 1 tv output to 2, and that was just for a few seconds.

Stream to SteamLink or app from anywhere. Play your video games remotely.

Funny this is a feature for a discontinued product
