"Stumbled" upon it... yea... that is a good way to describe me sending you that picture this morning... ;P

Ha I forgot I even showed you this forum. Shush. And having it shown to me while I'm still groggy in the morning counts as stumbling.

As I've played more and more -- if I remove nostalgia from the equation -- BotW MIGHT actually have a chance of beating out OoT on my all-time favorites list.

Recency basis vs nostalgia.

When can a verdict be made? After you beat BotW and replay OoT?

Probably after I beat BotW. I have OoT pretty memorized.

Exactly what I said! Although after beating it I'm going to place BOTW as second best Zelda game on my list. Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing game in all aspects, but I still feel OoT has the edge. But not by much!

Well I mean, the main story line yes. I already have about 65 hours in the game as well ;)

Now I will take a short break from the game before going back to 100% it (Besides the korok seeds...dear god 900 of them is TOO MANY)

I mean... At least 3 people have already beaten the game in less than an hour. So... yeah.

I think speed running linear games like original Mario is interesting, but speed running an RPG doesn't sound very fun or challenging.

I get the interest of speed running but I could never do it. It feels like a punch in the face to the developers who spend so much time on the smallest of details. I am a firm believer of admiring all the finer details of the game. I've very much an immersion player.

If I didn't have adult responsibilities, yes.

Yup. I have 60+ hours in. I have been taking my time. I have 3/4 of the main "dungeons" (that I am aware of) done, and I'm exploring and doing side quests and things like that before my 4th one. I don't want to feel rushed to go defeat the big baddie before I get to experience some more things in the world. Plus I still have two whole regions to unlock and explore. Expect a good play time Apr 22-23 as it's my first full weekend completely off in ages. I'll finally be done with H&R Block.

Take it from someone that has heard said squeal... it's quite cute.
