Telltale Games

Old news now, but Telltale laid off a lot of people last week and o think basically closed down. They had Wolf Among Us 2 almost done and a Stranger Things game in the works that we won't see. Actually, I think they were in the middle of a TWD season and the last 2 episodes won't come out.

I want to go back and play their Batman games now.

It definitely will not come out. They have 20 employees left to close stuff up, but in addition to being bankrupt and a dead company, they also have a class action lawsuit against them based on how they laid off their employees.

Oh man, what went wrong? I played the first TWD Telltale game, but didn't keep going. I thought a lot of them were popular though.

Celebrated studio Telltale Games shuts down in the messiest way possible

I don't remember what studio, but it was a major one, had a Tweet they were going to send recruiters to a coffee shop and encouraged ex-Telltale employees to meet up. I assume they were all based in the same city.
