I saw a couple episodes on a plane ride once. It was ok. I mostly tried to sleep.

Of course we watch. The whole family does. It really is a pretty funny show. CPT is a bunch of elitist jerks who only like smart comedy. Stop taking yourself so seriously. Glad my membership is almost over!

That reminds me, I still haven't renewed my membership for the year. I'm likely to be suspended soon.

I watch.
First season was OK. Second season, I'm not sure if writers changed or what, but the characters started to come around. I would qualify this as an 80's or 90's like comedy. Maybe Cheers in Walmart instead of a bar. Best comedy, nope. But good comfort comedy when you don't want to think, but relax and chuckle.

Read this regarding how B99 might fit into NBC. I never would have guessed Superstore was bigger than B99.
And assuming it takes over The Good Place’s timeslot in January, Brooklyn 99 will probably benefit from having Superstore as a lead-in. Superstore actually has really solid ratings: this season Brooklyn 99 averaged 1.75 million viewers and a 0.74 rating vs. Superstore’s 3.7 million and 1.02 rating.
Considering how compatible they are, I can’t see why Brooklyn 99 wouldn’t match Superstore’s ratings in that 8:30 slot. The Good Place usually does.

I probably won't start it, but I have heard this is funny from a few people here.

I watched the pilot and I enjoyed it. We will be seeing more. I'm shocked my eyeballs didn't melt out of my head for watching a 7.7/10 show.

I think it was Watson_2000 who told me all of those scenes are based on what real store employees have claimed on seeing.

This is still in our queue. I think we watched the first 5 or so. It's cute and funny, but we haven't watched it for months. We have other shows we would rather watch and honestly have been watching a lot less nightly TV together since Jocelyn rediscovered her joy of reading about 6 months ago.
