I'm going to have a pro come look at my yard and tell me what to do. It's 75% dead

Last week I thought I'd do it by mid April but I'll be lucky if the snow melts by the end of April at this rate.

I got a bunch of dead spots that I need to replant. Sprinklers didn't reach certain areas, places where dog constantly walk, etc.

Wish the dumb snow would goa way!

We had an incident in our lawn this week and now have a couple nice deep tire marks in the lawn that I'll need to repair. Only about a couple feet to fix where said car was stuck and spinning out.

We don't get spring here, so probably never.

I bought some lawn patch repair stuff at Menards a couple weeks ago since I have some dead spots on the side of the house where I had a pile of dirt/rocks sitting while fixing the window well last year. No other big lawn plans.

Had just enough left over from last year to cover my yard. Laid some down this morning hoping for rain. It's currently raining. FTW

Got a quote for basically reconstructing our yard. $1900! I guess I shouldn't be surprised with a large yard. Honestly I doubt I could do it for less than $1500 myself and my time is probably worth $400.

What does that all include? How big is your yard again? Over half an acre?

Yard is an acre. It includes 6 treatments of fertilizer and lime over the year, aeration, composting, and overseeing in the fall.

Just me fertilizing costs about $100 a time in fert.
